The programmes offer clients and partners executive leadership training
and continuous professional development (CPD).
These are short learning programmes that consist of standardised
and/or customised courses which we offer either on site, online or in mixed mode.
Each course runs as longs as is required for the learning outcomes to be achieved
as per industry standards, or as long as suits the particular circumstances
and needs of the client, partner or intervention.
Standardised short learning courses introduce key aspects of leadership andmanagement relevant to the professional sector,
and with assessments that focus on priority skills and for executive training do so inever-more-detail on junior, senior and executive management levels.
In customised short learning courses, based on the core themes of African leadership, clients/partners co-design the coursework and learning outcomes with ALUSA specialists so that the learning programme
addresses their particular needs, context and actual workplace situations.
